RV Campground Rules & Regulations

1.	One RV with 2 adults per campsite. All other vehicles will be charged $6.00 per night with a maximum of two paid extra vehicles per site except on Holiday Weekends. Additional adults (over 16 yrs of age) are charged $2.00 per person, per day.
2.	Reservations for RV sites are held by a credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or a charge of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card. If you arrive later than the date of your reservation, you will be charged for the date of your reservation unless you notify the office that you will be late. For monthly reservations, if you do not call and cancel and you do not show up within 7 days from the date that you are due in, we will cancel your reservation and charge your credit card for one week of camping.
3.	Boat Launch fee for: Campground Patrons: $25.00 one vessel. add $10.00 per extra vessels per trailer. Holiday Rate: add $6.00 one vessel = $31.00, $12.00 per extra vessels per trailer. Launch fee will be collected at Security Gate
4.	There will be no pro-rating for monthly rent or credit given for early departure. Guests who stay a full month are required to have their bill paid in full before checking out.
5.	Camping or storage permits are non-transferable. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given for early departures.
6.	No fires are allowed unless in fire ring containers with a solid enclosed bottom.
7.	Upon departure everything in your space must leave when you do! If there is anything left that we must remove for you, you will be charged a cleanup fee at the going rate per hour. Examples: carpet, awning, trash, cans, anything that's not supposed to be there.
8.	The RV Park is a 30/50 amp electric park, so please ask for 50 amp site if needed.
9.	Sewer holes are very close to the ground. Please help us by keeping them covered when you leave. Dumpsters are provided throughout the park.
10.	Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 6:00am, and are enforced by Resort Security.
11.	Pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Failing to pick up after your pet, could result in pet charges in the future.
12.	Off-Road Vehicles are not permitted to "cruise" inside the Campground or Resort. Permits are required by the conservation department and are available at the Boathouse. Please observe the "5 mph" speed limit throughout the Resort & Campground areas. You must be atleast sixteen (16) years of age and possess a drivers license to drive any motorized vehicle within the boundaries of the Resort. This includes electric golf carts.
13.	No sleeping is allowed in the boats while occupying a boat slip in the marina. There is no fishing in the Marina.
14.	State laws apply to boating safety and noise emissions.
15.	A fish cleaning room is provided for your convenience. It is located adjacent to the Boathouse.
16.	"Pull and Place" service is available to move your RV from our dry storage to your reserved RV site. The fee is $15.00 each way.
17.	"Launch and Retrieve" service is available to launch and retrieve your boat from the marina. The fee is $10.00 in and $10.00 out for a regular boat. Total round trip is $20.00. Pontoons are $15.00 in and $15.00 out. Total round trip is $30.00.
18.	By entering into the resort, you are consenting to abide by all codes and ordinances enacted by the Chemhuevi Indian Tribe. Resort management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
